Army Concert Tour ticket kickoff June 27

FORT McCOY n The Army Concert Tour will hold a ticket kickoff sale at Fort McCoy and selected off-post locations Friday, June 27, with tickets specially priced at $30 for that day only.

The Scorpions and Alice Cooper will co-headline the Saturday, Aug. 9, performance. Hip Kitty will be the opening act. The concert is open to the public.

The June 27 ticket kickoff event will be held at the following times and locations:

  • 8 a.m.-8 p.m. The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Events Line (toll-free) (877) 864-4969 or the MWR Web site at http://www.mccoymwr.com.

  • 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. McCoy's, building 1571, Fort McCoy.

  • 10 a.m.-6 p.m. MB Audio, Tomah; and the following Kwik Trips: Sparta (Black River Street): La Crosse (Rose Street); Onalaska (Highways 16 and 35); Mauston (Highway 82) and Wisconsin Rapids (Grand Avenue).

    Tickets purchased June 28 - Aug. 8 will cost $35. Tickets the day of the performance will cost $40. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

    Beginning June 28 tickets can be purchased at the following locations: MB Audio, Tomah; Market Bar, Sparta; Ace Hardware, La Crosse; and at Fort McCoy, Pine View Campground, building 8053, McCoy's, building 1571, and the Community Activity Center, building 2000.
